Before we get started, please have your nail sizes ready to go as this will be asked of you in the form. Click here to learn how to size your nails.

Do not purchase a custom order tier before filling out the form. You will be guided on which tier to purchase depending on which category your final design falls into.

There's also a couple of other things I should mention...

  • I do have preferred art styles, and these can range from simple but elegant sets, pop culture or anime. But I would be willing to try most designs!
  • I prefer not to work with large gemstones as I simply do not have these available.
  • I may be able to make certain things from scratch (3d designs, hanging charms, etc) depending on what it is!
  • I cannot paint human portraits of any kind, but this is something that I'm working on and hope I can provide in the future :)

  • Tier 1 - $55 per set

    Basic sets with a little extra somethin' - think chrome, cat eye, small gems, etc.

    Think french tips, basic line art, polka dots, etc.

    An eccentric yet cohesive flow in terms of design, and designs that are overall a little more complex.

Key Information

Processing time

"Processing time" refers to the timeframe required to make the product. This can vary greatly depending on workload. Please refer to the announcement bar at the top of the website to know the current processing time.

For tier 3 & 4 sets - A mockup sketch will most likely be required prior to starting on the set to ensure the design is what you're after!

Shipping time

"Shipping time" refers to the timeframe during which the package has been aquired by the shipping company.

Standard shipping: 2-8 days
Express shipping: 1-4 days

Please note that the shipping times are only an estimate as we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.

Orders are shipped out every Tuesday (except public holidays, where these orders will be shipped out on the next business day).

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia and shipping is within Australia only.

We are not liable for any orders that are lost or incorrectly delivered as a result of incomplete or incorrect shipping address - these orders are not refundable.

Returns, exchanges or refunds

As each set (whether 'ready to order' or 'custom order') is tailored specifically for you and made to order, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds available.

Refunds may only occur if there is a fault(s) with the product (this refers to the actual nails themselves). If this is the case, please get in contact with me immediately via email with information on the fault and corresponding photo evidence. Please be aware that this may only be taken into consideration upon first opening and before use - general wear and tear is not considered a fault.

Application recommendations

I recommend using only sticky tabs for tier 4 (and maybe tier 3) nail sets as this will not cause damage to the nail set itself - therefore retaining the look, feel and longevity of the nail set.
