Removal - Sticky Tabs
Here's a few tips before you get started:
- Go through all the instructions prior to starting removal to get a better understanding of what needs to be done.
- Be patient! Removal takes time, and not forcing the removal will help keep your natural nail health.
Using the wooden stick, begin creating separation from the sticky tab and the false nail.
You'll want to do this in a way where the sticky tab is still stuck on your actual nail.
Once a good amount of separation has formed, you can peel off the rest of the nail slowly by hand.
Try to do so in a way where the sticky tab is still attached to your natural nail.
Pop a drop of cuticle oil on the nail bed to 'flood' the surrounding edges of the sticky tab.
With short, sweeping motions, gradually push off the sticky tab.
With the help of the cuticle oil, the sticky tab should come off cleanly in one piece. Repeat this process for the rest of your nails.
If there happens to be leftover residue on your nail bed, use the softer side of the buffer to buff away any excess.
Use cuticle oil and rub on your nail bed and your cuticles.
And that's it! Continue applying cuticle oil and/or hand cream everyday to keep your hands and nails healthy and hydrated.
